D.F.P FESTIVAL
A multidisciplinary event bringing together dance, film, and immersive media, presenting installation works alongside a curated screening programme.
The festival was creatively led by Angelina Gorgaeva, founder of Dance. Film. Performance, and conceptually directed and executed by Alexia Kalogiannidis.

PRODUCTION OVERVIEW
- Coordinated delivery of a 3-day event programme, including exhibition, screening, and closing night
- Managed communication with artists to collect films, installation requirements, and technical specifications
- Structured the awards screening night, integrating film programme, DJ set, and audience flow
- Supervised and coordinated a team of 6 volunteers across event operations
- Supported installation of 4 exhibition works within a multi-screen gallery setup
- Prepared production materials including programme content, print assets, and event documentation
CHALLENGES
- Integrating multiple formats (installation, screening, live event) into one cohesive programme
- Managing transitions between exhibition, screening, and social event formats
- Coordinating team and logistics within a live public environment
OUTCOME
- Successfully delivered a 3-day public event with ~150 attendees
