DIGITAL BODY FESTIVAL
Digital Body Festival was a 3-day immersive technology and dance festival presented by Alexander Whitley Company at Hackney Bridge, showcasing body-centred digital art and exploring the intersection of choreography, VR, and emerging technologies.
I supported the VR Gallery as Production Assistant, working closely with artists, technical leads, and audiences to ensure a smooth and engaging experience across the festival.
ROLE
- Assisted with installation and on-boarding for artists exhibiting in the VR Gallery
- Ensured smooth transitions between sessions and gallery pieces
- Collaborated with technical leads to resolve live issues
- Filmed panel talks across the festival programme
- Supported audience interaction with the VR pieces — guiding viewers through the experience
